2. All Items for sale on this web site and its counterpart eBay shop are designed for Gamers and Collectors they are not toys, and as such are not recommended for children under 36 months.
All items may contain small or sharp parts or lead and other metals as required and will be harmful if chewed or swallowed or used in a manner which they were not designed for.
3. Payments accepted are Credit Debit card payments through Google Check out, PayPal, Personal Cheques from UK banks, UK postal Orders, Cash in Sterling, U$D, Euro. Other payment methods may be accepted please enquire before purchasing.
4. Shipping: Items are usually shipped next working day where this is possible but no later than three working days and at the rate paid for by the buyer. Shipping Charges include Post, Packaging materials, Printing as required, Transport to point of departure and the time to carefully pack the items to ensure a safe arrival.
5. We do not accept responsibility for goods that are lost during transit unless recorded or insured delivery is purchased by the buyer. We are not responsible for the actions or descisions of the postal authorities.
6. Returns Policy: We will be happy to refund The Final price of any of our shop or auctions items if they are returned within 7 days of receipt and in the same condition in which they were shipped out. If the return is because they are not as listed or described or Craftworld Games is at fault, then this will receive a full refund including Shipping Charges. For items damaged in transit a proof of posting will be provided to enable recovery from the Post Office. We will be happy to do this on your behalf if the items are shipped back to us. Craftworld Games accept no liability for items while in transit back to us.
